Shipping to Canadian customers

• Flat rate shipping is $11.50 when products fit in pizza style box - extra shipping may occur with oversized boxes - if this is the case - I will contact customer.
• FREE shipping on orders of $100 or more
• Any additional shipping insurance required will be at the expense of the customer

Shipping to U.S. customers 

• Shipping to U.S addresses will be charged at actual cost. Purchaser is responsible for any extra duty/custom expenses

Returns

• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Shipping of returns is at the customer's expense
• Items returned must have been purchased within the previous three months. The original packaging must be intact and suitable for resale
• Please call or email for authorization before returning items
• Scrappers Studio reserves the right to solely determine if goods are damaged or defective
• For damaged or defective items to be returned, they must have been purchased in the previous six months
• The following items cannot be accepted for return: sale items, idea books and magazines, writing tools, albums, card or paper stock, and special orders.

Special orders

• If at any time you have items that you would like ordered, please send me the name of the item and the description, as well as the name of the manufacturer, if known
• Prepayment may be required for special orders

Registration information

      * registration for retreats/events hosted by Scrappers Studio are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the host.

      * it is the responsibility of the guest to find a replacement for the event if they are not able to attend - if possible a guest may be used from a waiting list.  Monies exchanged between guest that cancels and the replacement guest is not the responsbility of Scrappers Studio.

      * It is the sole right of Scrappers Studio host to find alternate guests when deadlines for payment of registration fees are not recieved in a mutually agreed time frame.  Post dated cheques are acceptable when mutually agreed between the two parties.

      * the host of the event has the right to refuse a guest from registering and has the right to assign rooms accordingly.  The host has the right to change the prize awarded at any event given reasonable circumstances.  Any prize must be accepted "as is" - no substitutions.  Any shipping of prizes will be the responsibility of the recipient - in the event the recipient is not able to attend in person.

      * Scrappers Studio is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during a retreat/event.
